Part of our trip to St Augustine included hiking the trails of some area state parks. As this is where snakes generally live in great quantities, this is not my idea of fun. We were introduced to the banana spider - I would post a picture but that is just gross. They are big and create enormous webs that can be feet long. Like I said - gross.
Sunday, Joe found a dead spider in our pool. I asked if it was small - he said, "well, small for Florida." I don't even want to know what that means!
