I am getting better at skin tones - they are hard! But I really wanted to do this for her even though I am still such a newbie at painting.

It really is gorgeous, Sandi... and the subtle gradation in the skin tone is very impressive. I never managed to imply a nose (like you are supposed to) even after three years of class...
...which is why I am a Soc major. :) I'm thinking of taking a figure drawing class if I can find one on a weekend once I get settled.
