Part 1 here
More work on the Christmas album. Not finished but making good progress. Here is what I have done so far starting where we left off in Part 1-
Thrift store Christmas card on left. 2 photos back to back on right - ribbon tab for turning
Photo with journaling done in Photoshop on photo. Right hand page another acrylic page -stamped snowflakes and painted white dots.
Back of acrylic page: patterned paper and stickers. Right hand side: photo mounted on patterned paper - journaling circle (stamped) and red ribbon.
Photos, journaling circle (stamped) and ribbon on left. Right page is Christmas card with ticket stub stapled on.
Journaled on back of Christmas card (left) - 4 photos punched out and matted on white, journaling on edges in black pen, rub on stripe of diamonds and pink die cut (right)
Photos and journaling (stamped and hand written), embellishment on left - photo (adhered back to back) with red stamped circle journaling block on right
Photo with ticket (stamped)on left - right is another acrylic page - 4 photos punched and adhered into square -"stories"- red rub-ons on white squares of cardstock - "family" sticker
Photo matted on peacock blue cardstock. Love this photo - it is the Christmas tree photographed thru the bottom of a drinking glass. Saw the unique design when I was drinking milk and yelled for Joe to get the camera. He took the photo while I held the glass. COOL!
And again back to work. It is nearing completion. The last section "Family Stories" is going to have the stories of our Christmas as I pledged to do.
An update on Joe -
Last week Joe got to go on a field trip to NASA on a behind the scenes tour thru an engineering association. He got to go where "regular people" never get to go.
That is Joe standing right underneath the Space Shuttle that had just landed a week or so previously. It was in a maintenance bay getting checked out and tiles replaced. WOW for Joe!
