BOILED PEANUTS!!

I can't even begin to tell you what a treat this is. It is the southern specialty that makes my mouth water just to hear the words "boiled peanuts". And they are cooking on my stove right now. They won't be done for hours but just knowing they are there is heavenly.

It has been years since I have had homemade boiled peanuts. Sometimes you have to make do with the poor substitute in a can or in a pouch, but these -
