As my pre-Johnny Depp crush, Harrison Ford says, "Snakes! Why did it have to be snakes?!"

I hate snakes. I managed to live on a wooded lot in VA for 11 years without seeing a snake. Joe killed several snakes in our yard but I did not see them. I use active denial as a tool when it comes to those slithering ropes of fear.

And now I live in FL again where snakes go on holiday. Nice...
