Balmy

Spent some time in the art studio yesterday playing. Steff and I played with these little frames from Ranger. I made this one from a sheet of Little Yellow Bicycle paper that Barbara gave me for my birthday. The paper is so gorgeous that it was hard to choose a tiny little square but I found one that I thought was perfect. I stamped the word live, added a dark blue mat and I was done. No further embellies needed. Add a chain and it is jewelry.

Steff added a photo in hers and tied a ribbon loop onto it so it can hang both on her Christmas tree and a shelf peg during the year. Fun project.

Last night was one of those nights in FL that makes you want to live here forever. It was very breezy and balmy. Most people were outside enjoying the perfection that was last evening.

The moon was full and cast its silvery light over everything. It was one of those nights where you long for a hammock tied between two palms to snuggle into, sleeping soundly as the tropical winds rocked you.

Aaahhhhhh...
