Wild Horse Pass Resort

The back lobby area. Full expanse of three story windows overlooking the pool area, the desert and the mountains. So pretty and very reminiscent of Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Our first morning waking up in AZ, we woke up before 5am because of the time difference. Went out to photograph the sunrise. I loved this picture of the sun shining on the building in this graphic scenario. The contrasting orange and blue - so cool.

Sunset off our balcony. Talk about picturesque. I have about 30 more pictures of the sunset. I will spare you all that but it was gorgeous!

This picture was taken thru a window (note reflection). As you were walking down the hallway from the rooms to the lobby, you would come to a frame-like window that each held a spectacular view IF you took the time to notice. Sort of like Hidden Mickeys. They were each breathtaking.

Loved this resort. Pools with bathwater warm water that were mostly empty ( of people). The hot tubs were great also especially when there was a group of scrappers including Heidi Swapp and her mom talking weather in different parts of the world. There were alot of Canadians at CE who lived in very different weather conditions than AZ or Beijing (where Heidi lives).

Looks gorgeous! That lobby DOES look like Animal Kingdom! You guys had an awesome opportunity to see a beautiful, different part of the country!
