I am so sad that Brooke was booted off American Idol. I really thought it was time for Jason to go. He has been lackluster at best these past few weeks. Is he even trying? But back to Brooke...
I knew she was not going to win. I knew she is not the most obviously talented person on the show but she was DIFFERENT. She just stood up there and did Brooke. And she was sweet, compassionate and kind. Like I said - different. After her name, you saw Fresh Air, Breath of.
And now she is gone. Damn.
I guess the good thing is that she gets to go back home now for a visit with all the people she so obviously loves and missed. I hope that is the great big silver lining for her. And now we are left without her Carole King, Carly Simon style of songs. And her heart.
Crap! Maybe I can join a group for people who watch AI and clearly care Too Much. : ) And next week can we vote off PAULA? Please!?

I totally agree with your post. I really liked her. I like Jason too, but I definately think he should have gone before Brooke. I think we will see a CD from her in the future. Who do you want to win? I really like David Cook; he has been consistantly good throughout the whole competition. I love his voice! I haven't seen Dan in real life, but I am going to add it to my Netflix que asap! I love Steve Carell (sp?) and my hubby's name is Dan...no really; it looks like a great movie and I have heard nothing but great things about it.

I'm going up for a few days at the end of May and then start June 5th part time and full time the third week of June. Eep! :)
I'm pretty excited.
P.S. I haven't been watching but liked Brooke too. All of the contestants this time seemed a little meh.
