Monday Musings

These are pictures from the Opryland Hotel. It is such a gorgeous place. I hope to get back there someday and spend some non-scheduled relaxing time. This place needs time to fully enjoy it.

I have so much to do. I have been artistically inspired by the Event and want to finish my projects. I brought home so much from both the Event and from Joan's that needs to find new homes. I need to spend some time organizing my new stuff and putting it away. My studio is so chaotic and that is the anti-creative art stopper for me. So, obviously I need to get BUSY.

But my soul is screaming out for some quiet time. Some peaceful moments like these pictures. Now, to find the balance between what needs to be done and what I need. And patience...
I suck at patience (but the good news is that I suck much less than I used to!)

I will take this week and try to make it through all the things that need to be accomplished which ranges from creative chores to dog hair eradication and intersperse it with quiet moments and perhaps, even a nap or two. Wish me luck and send me positive energy cos I am severely lacking.
